You will partner with Outside Sales to process orders, answer questions, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in corrugated manufacturing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and administrative skills; Amtech experience preferred.
• Some college or Sales/Customer Service coursework; four-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact for the Customer and Outside Sales Rep for order placement and coordination with production daily.
• Develop internal relationships with production, design and shipping to ensure accurate, timely responses.
• Process orders and new items from Customers and Sales Reps using various applications.
• Enter information into estimating system or request quotes to provide pricing analysis.
• Track orders, initiate changes and expedite per requests.
• Coordinate outside manufacturing orders and communicate details.
• Address customer complaints with sales/management support.
• Follow processes to ensure pricing accuracy for invoicing.
