Job summary

McKinley Paper and Packaging Company, a leader in the paper and corrugated container industry, seeks a Customer Service Manager for our Lancaster, TX facility. You will lead the Customer Service team, coordinate with Outside Sales, and ensure timely, accurate order processing using SAP.

Experience in the corrugated industry and strong verbal/written communication are essential. Relocation and a competitive compensation package based on experience offered.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience in a packaging manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using SAP; Amtech experience is highly desired.
• Knowledge of corrugated manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Some college or coursework in Sales or Customer Service; equivalent experience.
• Previous managerial/supervisory experience directing CSR teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer and Outside Sales Rep for order placement and coordination.
• Collaborate with production, design and shipping to ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Process orders and new items using SAP.
• Enter quotes into estimating systems for job costing and pricing.
• Track and expedite orders; communicate changes to customers and reps.
• Initiate outside manufacturing orders and follow up details.
• Address customer complaints with sales/management support.
• Adhere to processes to ensure accurate pricing for invoicing.
