Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or account management in manufacturing.
• Experience with corrugated manufacturing is preferred or required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Place orders on a timely basis for materials used in production.
• Process billing and handle customer questions; follow up with internal teams.
• Maintain customer files and process new items and purchase orders.
• Coordinate credits and fax confirmations to customers.
• Assist sales personnel and analyze monthly usage and re-stocking per customer.
• Track warehouse items to ensure availability and adherence to min/max levels.
