Vanguard Maintenance & Electrical Inc. seeks an entry-level Account Specialist to support regional growth in HVAC control systems, BMS, and low-voltage electrical installations.

You will coordinate between clients, the Regional Business Unit Leader, and estimators to move opportunities forward in a fast-paced construction environment. No prior construction experience is required; a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and professional demeanor are essential to help clients and teammates feel

• No prior construction experience required; training provided.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a professional presence.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support accuracy and completeness of regional project pipeline in CRM and tracking tools.
• Deliver timely, professional communication to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Contracts Admin, and Marketing to meet client expectations and standards.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating client meetings, site visits, and events.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, pipeline updates, and project decisions.
