The State of Hawaiʻi seeks qualified applicants for a continuous recruitment to fill vacancies in Downtown, Halawa to Kalihi, and Waipahu to Aiea. Duties include maintaining subsidiary ledgers and accounting records, with supervision of clerical work as needed, and performing related duties as assigned.

Qualifications include six months of arithmetic/spelling experience; one year of experience posting to accounting records and fiscal data.

Qualificações

• Six (6) months of work experience which demonstrated knowledge of arithmetic and spelling, and the ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to write simply and directly, and observe differences in words and numbers quickly and accurately.
• One (1) year of work experience posting to accounting records and systematizing fiscal information.

Responsabilidades

• Performs maintenance of subsidiary ledgers and other complex clerical accounting work, with or without accounting machines.
• May supervise and participate in moderately complex clerical duties and related tasks.
