Qualifications

• Two years of work posting to accounting records and systematizing fiscal information; computing, classifying and recording numerical data to keep financial records; understanding standard accounting classifications.
• Ability to reconcile accounts by checking for errors, balancing, and verifying with source documents; preparation of balance sheets and income statements.
• Some positions may require supervisory aptitude as described in the minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintains control accounts for appropriated and/or non-appropriated funds with a limited number of accounts.
• Supervises and participates in maintenance of subsidiary ledgers and related duties as assigned.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
