Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of work experience demonstrating arithmetic and spelling skills and the ability to follow directions.
• Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting basic financial documents.
• Ability to understand and apply standard procedures for recording accounting information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control accounts for appropriated and/or non-appropriated funds.
• Supervise and participate in maintenance of subsidiary ledgers.
• Assist in preparing balance sheets and income statements.
