Mainfreight Americas in Carson, CA is seeking an Account Champion to be the primary liaison between customers and our operations team, manage daily activity, ensure orders flow accurately, and represent Mainfreight's culture.

This role requires coordinating the warehouse team, leading and assisting pick/pack activities to meet SLA, solving issues early, and building strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Warehousing experience: 1+ years required.
• Equipment experience: Reach truck and forklift preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily activity for assigned customers using our WMS to ensure accurate execution.
• Serve as main point of contact for assigned customers and provide updates.
• Lead and assist pick and pack team to meet SLA; maintain records and read routing guides.
• Identify issues early; propose solutions and drive improvements.
• Support process improvements and customer SOPs; enhance service quality.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and understand customer needs.
