Role Description

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jared Dean – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
