Job summary

Iris Lopez Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Account Associate to help local residents protect what matters most. You will engage with prospective customers by phone, email, and community outreach, building trust and presenting appropriate coverage options.

You will develop a pipeline of new business opportunities, schedule follow-ups, and collaborate with teammates to coordinate outreach strategies, while ensuring compliance with office and regulatory procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable initiating contact with prospective customers.
• Experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred.
• Must hold or be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
• Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred.
