Iris Lopez Insurance Agency, Inc. seeks an Account Manager in Miami to foster strong customer relationships and drive retention through proactive service and policy recommendations.

You will grow our client base by understanding client needs and communicating clearly how our products meet them. You will conduct policy reviews, present suitable options, upsell where appropriate, and guide customers through claims or questions, coordinating with underwriting and internal teams to resolve complex

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Must hold or be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
• Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred.
