Brian Pancake State Farm in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an Account Associate to develop customer relationships, support agency operations, and learn the insurance business. You will receive training to grow customer service, communication, and sales skills, with opportunities to advance within the agency.

No previous insurance experience is required. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, and the role offers training and a path toward licensure in Florida.
