Job summary

Lexi Goza - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to grow the office through meaningful customer relations and by acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will proactively market relevant products and services to improve customers' lives.

Responsibilities include managing accounts, assisting with policy changes, handling claims follow-up, and coordinating with underwriters to issue policies promptly. Training provided for an ambitious, reliable learner.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
