State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to join our Knox County area team in Farragut/Anderson County. You will help grow the agency by maintaining customer relationships and handling policy changes, quotes, and inquiries to support daily operations.

Key responsibilities include updating customer accounts, processing claims, coordinating with underwriters, and delivering excellent service with a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

Compensation
