Role Description

As an Account Associate – State Farm Agent Team Member with AJ Fraley, you will be vital to daily business operations and customer success. You grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
