State Farm Agent Mansour Hasan in Knoxville, TN is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations and grow the agency through meaningful customer relations. You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments and proactively market relevant products and services.

You will manage customer accounts, assist with policy changes, process claims, and coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance, contributing to the success of the agency and its clients.
