Scott Nichols - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to help grow the agency through strong customer relationships and efficient policy support in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will manage accounts, assist with policy changes, process claims, and coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely issuance, while contributing to community-focused service and team development.

I opened my agency in 1997 and currently lead a team of three. Over the years, I’ve built an agency focused on consistency, strong relationships, and serving our community at a high level.

I’m a graduate of Ball State University, where I earned my B.S. in Business Management and competed as a Division I athlete for four years. I’m married with four children and one grandchild, and family plays a big role in everything I do.

I stay very active in the community by coaching youth basketball, football, soccer, and baseball, as well as mentoring local youth. I’m also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi. Giving back and helping others grow is something I’m deeply passionate about.
