You will engage with customers, build a pipeline, meet sales goals, and grow with training, bonuses, and prospects for advancement in a dynamic local agency.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable initiating contact with prospective customers.

Compensation & Growth

• Starting at $36,000 with no maximum earning potential
• Real upside through commission and performance-based bonuses

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
