Job summary

Felixnet Prophete - State Farm Agent seeks an Account Associate to support daily operations and nurture customer relationships. You will act as a liaison between customers and agency departments, helping grow our office through proactive service and product recommendations.

You will manage accounts, assist with policy changes, process claims, and coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance, while enjoying a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or related field preferred.
• Bilingual French or Spanish preferred.

About Our Agency

I opened my agency seven years ago and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member myself and saw firsthand the growth potential that agency ownership could provide. Outside of work, I play guitar in a small band, enjoy bicycling and staying active with my kids, and love sports like soccer. I also competed in track and field, so that competitive spirit has always been a part of who I am.
