Job summary

Felixnet Prophete - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to support daily business operations and ensure customer success. You will grow the office through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will promote relevant insurance products and services to improve customers’ lives. The role focuses on maintaining customer accounts, handling policy changes, processing claims, and coordinating with underwriters to issue policies

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual French or Spanish preferred.
