Job summary

Trevor Butcher - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations and client service. You will manage customer accounts, assist with policy changes, and help grow the office through responsive service and proactive outreach.

You will work with the agency team to provide insurance and financial product information, coordinate with underwriters, and pursue advancement opportunities in a supportive, training-focused environment in Decatur, Alabama.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm Agency Field Specialist, State Farm Team Member, and in banking. Those experiences helped shape my passion for helping people, developing others, and building strong customer relationships.

I am a graduate of Florida State University and the United States Merchant Marine Academy. My wife and I have been married for more than 20 years, and we have three children. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, hiking, traveling, coaching youth sports, and staying involved in the community. I also serve as a pastor at Glory Community Church and support several local organizations and outreach initiatives.

Our agency is built on teamwork, accountability, and personal growth.
