Sales Account Manager

Mil-Aero Connectors, Cable Assemblies, and Components – San Diego

The Sales Account Manager develops and implements direct marketing/sales relationships with industry reps and OEMs and manages the organization's marketing and business development functions.

1. Develop strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
2. Develop relationships via manufacturer's Representative Organizations, Distribution, and Key Accounts.
3. Prepare and present client development presentations.
4. Develop/maintain representative relationships.
5. Develop and implement the comprehensive strategic marketing plan.
6. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, balance multiple projects, and prioritize.
7. Proven track record of building relationships with potential clients as well as collaborating effectively with all levels of management within the organization.
8. Proven track record of dealing with manufacturer representatives and distributors domestically and internationally.

Minimum Requirements:

• Min. 3+ years of professional marketing/sales experience in the electronic component industry.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Technical degree and Marketing Degrees preferred.
