Role Summary

We’re seeking a client closer and business builder — someone who’s ready to drive new deals, manage and grow existing accounts, and think strategically about expanding the business. This is not your typical sales role. Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and close new business with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations
  • Manage, nurture, and expand existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
  • Build and execute creative sales strategies tailored to the healthcare sector
  • Present tailored staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and deliver high-touch client service
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruitment, compliance, and credentialing teams
  • Leverage industry knowledge to address client pain points and provide real solutions
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven recent experience (within 6 months) in healthcare staffing, sales, and business development
  • A strong track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to act quickly and creatively
  • Self-starter who works well independently and thrives in a flexible, remote environment
  • Excellent communicator with professional presentation and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare contracts, VMS platforms, and credentialing processes is a plus
