Preston Brown - State Farm Agency is seeking an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the office through meaningful customer relationships and proactively market relevant State Farm products to meet clients' needs.

As a personable, results-oriented professional, you will develop leads, schedule appointments, handle inquiries about coverage and billing, and ensure high-quality customer service while building lasting

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or revenue-generating roles.
• Experience in managing customer relationships.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and tailor solutions.
• Ability to relate well to a diverse customer base.
• Property & Casualty license (preferred).

Responsibilities
