Job summary

Gravity IT Resources in Miami, FL is seeking an Accommodations Program Manager (HR Operations) on a 6–9 month contract to lead the creation of a centralized reasonable workplace accommodations program. The role will design the operating model, workflows, governance, documentation, and a ServiceNow-enabled case management framework while managing an active caseload.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience managing workplace accommodations programs under ADA/ADAAA, PWFA, and/or Title VII.
• Experience designing or significantly overhauling an accommodations program (not just operating within one).
• Deep knowledge of the ADA interactive process, medical documentation standards, undue hardship analysis, and essential functions assessment.
• Experience supporting accommodations across diverse workforce populations, including field or complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end accommodations process from intake through determination.
• Establish case management infrastructure (data fields, workflow logic, documentation standards).
• Develop a tiered case model across diverse workforce environments.
• Define governance, escalation paths, and oversight mechanisms.
• Review and draft accommodations policies, SOPs, and manager guides.
• Build templates, determination letter frameworks, and documentation tools.
• Create a resource library aligned to business lines for consistency.
• Align HR/Legal/Leave/Benefits with clear handoffs across stakeholders.
• Design and deliver training for HRBPs and managers on obligations and tools.
• Serve as senior SME for complex cases during build; mentor incoming specialist.
• Assess ServiceNow design and support HR Tech implementation.
• Define reporting framework and initial dashboards; establish cadence.
