  • Utilize a case tracking system to maintain up-to-date records for all accommodation requests.
  • Utilize relevant and appropriate medical information to assist with identifying and implementing reasonable accommodations through the interactive process.
  • Consult with HR partners and provide guidance on accommodation matters.
  • Research and translate job duties between essential and non-essential job functions.
  • Approve and/or negotiate reasonable alternative accommodations as well as deny requests based on relevant factors when appropriate.
  • Identify/spot issues and opportunities for process improvement and recommend/implement solutions.
  • Manage multiple accommodation requests while adhering to case management standards and working within SLAs.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting, and tasks as the need arises with cross-functional HR/Partner teams working on or leading projects/programs.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to use sound judgment to problem solve, make decisions, and involve necessary individuals at the appropriate time.
  • Displays the highest commitment to customer service and maintaining an outstanding employee experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships and influencing others while working cross-functionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience communicating decisions effectively and recognizing legal risk associated with disability issues while prioritizing case elements.

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects and partners (depending on role). This means you\'ll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business team and personal needs while being intentional to make the most of time spent together.

Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
