Job summary

JM Family Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Accessories Supervisor to lead a five-person team and oversee day-to-day accessory installations for guest vehicles and dealership inventory.

You'll coordinate across sales, service, parts, warranty, and Custom Creations; manage repair orders and billing, ensure quality and safety, and coach staff to optimize workflow and inventory. This role emphasizes customer service and cross-functional partnership in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced service or dealership setting.
• Strong customer service and transaction management experience.
• Experience ordering and managing inventory in a dealership or similar environment.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software.
• Strong organization, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under operational pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to work hours 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with Saturday as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, schedule, and support a five-person team, ensuring timeliness, quality, safety, and productivity.
• Coordinate accessory installations from intake through completion and delivery.
• Manage customer transactions from start to finish with clear communication and follow-through.
• Order accessories and maintain inventory controls to support scheduled work.
• Partner with sales, service, parts, warranty, Custom Creations, Collision Center and others to manage workflow.
• Open repair orders in CDK, assign work, bill accounts, and close tickets accurately.
• Ensure correct accessories are ordered and available to support scheduled work.
• Perform final quality control reviews and identify installation exceptions before release.
• Maintain scheduling, billing, documentation, and operational follow-through across activities.
• Monitor performance metrics like sales volume and gross profit.
