JM Lexus is seeking an Accessories Supervisor to lead the day-to-day accessory installation operation and supervise a five-person team supporting guest vehicles and dealership inventory.

You will coordinate work across sales, service, parts, warranty, and Custom Creations; manage repair orders and billing; and coach team members to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency, helping grow the accessories business through strong service and collaboration.

• Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating a team in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong customer service experience from initial contact through completion.
• Experience ordering and managing inventory in a dealership or retail setting.
• Proficiency with dealership applications and quality standards.
• Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across departments.
• Recognize quality issues and hold team members accountable for turnaround.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with Saturday as needed.

• Lead and coach a five-person team, schedule work, and ensure timeliness, quality, safety, and productivity.
• Coordinate accessory installations for guest vehicles and dealership inventory from intake to delivery.
• Manage customer transactions from start to finish with clear communication and follow-through.
• Order accessories and maintain inventory controls to support scheduled work.
• Partner with sales, service, parts, warranty, Custom Creations, Collision Center, and others to manage workflow.
• Use CDK to open repair orders, flag technician work, bill accounts, and close tickets accurately.
• Work with parts and Collision Center to confirm correct accessories are ordered and available.
• Perform final quality control reviews and identify installation exceptions before release.
• Maintain scheduling, billing, documentation, and follow-through across activities.
• Monitor performance metrics like sales volume, gross profit, and inventory goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace aligned with OEM requirements.
• Support continuous team development as technology and processes evolve.
• Address customer and partner concerns professionally and make operational decisions within authority.
• Review insurance estimates or warranty information when relevant, not as the primary focus.
