Job summary

JM Family Enterprises is seeking an Accessories Supervisor to lead a five-person team in coordinating accessory installations for guest vehicles and dealership inventory. You will manage end-to-end customer transactions, ensure timely and quality work, and partner with Sales, Service, Parts, Warranty, and Custom Creations to optimize workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating employees in a fast-paced service or dealership environment.
• Strong customer service experience, including managing customer interactions and transactions.
• Experience ordering and managing inventory in a dealership, service, retail, or equivalent environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, schedule, and support a five-person team, assigning daily work and ensuring timeliness, quality, safety, and productivity.
• Coordinate accessory installations from intake and scheduling through completion and delivery.
• Manage customer transactions from start to finish with clear communication and follow-through.
• Order accessories and maintain inventory controls to support scheduled work and business needs.
• Partner with multiple departments to manage workflow, resolve issues, and support customers.
• Open repair orders in CDK, assign technician work, bill accounts, and close tickets.
• Work with parts and Collision Center to ensure correct accessories are ordered and available.
• Perform final quality control reviews and identify installation exceptions before delivery.
• Maintain scheduling, billing, documentation, and follow-through across activities.
