Job summary

UCLA is seeking a CAE Proctor to support students with disabilities by providing testing accommodations across campus, including remote environments when applicable. You will oversee exams, ensure academic integrity, and assist with clerical tasks such as form processing, data entry, and correspondence with faculty and departments.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently, and a professional, supportive demeanor to collaborate with professors, TA's, and staff

Qualifications

• Understanding the needs of students with disabilities in a university setting and the services available.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information clearly to faculty and students.
• Ability to counsel and advise students and coordinate with campus departments as a representative of CAE.
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook and client management systems is preferred.
• Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a quiet, distraction-free testing space.
• Strong time management, independent work habits and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
