UCLA Center for Accessible Education (CAE) seeks proctors to support students with disabilities by ensuring accessible testing across campus locations and in remote settings. Proctors coordinate with professors, TAs and departments to provide accommodations and maintain integrity during exams.

The role includes clerical tasks, data entry, and answering questions from students and staff in a professional, discreet manner.

Qualifikationen

• Verbal and written communication skills required to communicate with faculty, staff and students.
• Ability to counsel and advise students regarding services and coordinate with campus departments.
• Experience with remote work and using standard office software.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and ensure academic integrity during proctoring.
• Ability to work under pressure with deadlines and make quick, accurate decisions.

Aufgaben

• Provide accommodations and proctor exams across testing locations and remote environments.
• Oversee exams and maintain academic integrity in testing settings.
• Perform clerical tasks including processing forms and correspondence.
• Assist with data collection, scanning, and answering phones for the CAE.
• Communicate with faculty, TA's and departments to coordinate services.
