Job summary

You will coordinate center activities, maintain testing areas, review documentation, and build training on testing policies. This role demands confidentiality, empathy, and strong organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in disability services, testing coordination, or student support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptive technologies; knowledge of ADA/504.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all center activities and scheduling, including documentation and communication.
• Maintain a professional testing area and administer exams; suggest process improvements.
• Manage student and exam information for reporting and assessment purposes.
• Develop and deliver training on testing processes, policies, and exams for students and staff.
• Collaborate with ODR staff, students, and faculty to schedule testing and ensure accessibility guidelines.
