Job summary

Boston University seeks a Student Services & Accommodated Testing Center Coordinator to support disability accommodation services and oversee the Accommodated Testing Center. The role collaborates with students, faculty, staff, and campus partners to ensure accessible testing and interactive accommodation processes.

The position emphasizes compliance with ADA/FERPA, maintenance of confidential records, and high standards of service delivery in a hybrid environment with regular 8:00 a.m.–4:00

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with higher education accommodations is preferred.
• Knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, Section 504 and FERPA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate disability accommodations for an assigned caseload.
• Oversee testing center operations and secure testing environments.
• Maintain confidential student records and documentation.
• Collaborate with DAS leadership and campus partners.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
