Job summary

Georgetown University seeks a Director of Accessibility Services to supervise the Office of Accessibility Services within the Office of the Dean of Students. The role ensures reasonable accommodations for JD and LLM students, manages budgets, and guides universal design initiatives.

The position reports to the Dean of Students and leads a team, including an Associate Director and two Assistant Directors, with a hybrid work designation and collaboration across law school communities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 5+ years directly-related experience required.
• Five+ years’ experience with disabled persons.
• Two+ years’ experience managing projects, budgets and people in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise OAS staff and review accommodation requests.
• Directly handle a small student caseload with complex accommodations.
• Oversee budget and collaborate on operational priorities.
• Advise on universal design and staff training.
• Represent the function across campus and externally.
