Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word and Excel; experience in database/case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Engages in interactive process to review, assess, and determine accommodations for disability and pregnancy-related matters, ensuring timely decisions.
• Documents and maintains up-to-date records of interactions and outcomes in the system.
• Provides training on the accommodation process to managers and university partners.
• Keeps abreast of disability regulations, industry standards, and case-law impacting individuals with disabilities.
• Collaborates with Leave Management on ADA and leave-related matters and referrals as needed.
