Job summary

Centerstone in Indianapolis is seeking an Access Screener to facilitate a smooth transition into System services for clients who meet entrance criteria. You will help determine appropriate referrals and provide information to external resources based on client need and location.

This role supports Program Leadership with additional duties as assigned and requires basic computer skills, strong organization, and excellent oral and written communication.
