Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager in Boston, MA. You will minimize reimbursement barriers, coordinate with HUB, sales, and payer teams, and educate physician offices on coverage and coding.

The role demands strong collaboration with Regional Directors and Medical Specialists to optimize patient access. The position requires a BS/BA, 5+ years in pharma/biotech/device sales, and knowledge of payer structures with a focus on Buy & Bill and specialty pharmacy.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/device sales experience.
• Strong preference for Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy experience.
• Rare disease experience preferred.
• Knowledge of private payer (MCO), Medicare, and Medicaid structures, systems, methodology, and reimbursement policies.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Hybrid work environment and ability to travel (overnights and/or weekends).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain HCP/office relationships and access services for patient-specific coverage.
• Identify site-of-care locations for patient treatment and onboard accounts.
• Ensure optimal patient access and effective account- and patient-level pull-through.
• Monitor patient adherence and compliance with treatment.
• Educate physician offices on coverage and coding of products with Regional Directors and Medical Specialists.
• Lead daily case update meetings with HUB and communicate status to field partners.
• Distribute reimbursement materials and assist physician offices, infusion centers and HUB partners.
• Demonstrate territory planning and time management to cover the geographic area.
