Job summary

Keenova is seeking an Access and Reimbursement Manager to facilitate patient access across the Midwest (N Illinois/Wisconsin/Minneapolis). The ARM drives pull-through on open cases by coordinating with prescribers, pharmacies, and our Patient Service Center to expedite treatment starts.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in specialty pharma or 2+ years in access roles, strong payer design knowledge, and comfort with 60% travel to educate offices and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with specialty pharmaceutical products, or minimum of 2 years’ access-related position outside pharma.
• Experience in one or more therapeutic areas such as Ophthalmology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Neurology or Dermatology.
• Strong understanding of insurance and benefit design for commercial and government payers; knowledge of access, payer accounts, and patient services.

Responsibilities

• Lead case pull-through and coordinate with prescribers, Specialty Pharmacies, and Patient Service Center.
• Identify payer trends and develop tactical plans to maintain treatment access.
• Educate HCP offices and SPs to streamline authorization and expedite patient starts.
