Job summary

Keenova is seeking an Access and Reimbursement Manager to lead patient access initiatives across the Minneapolis region and surrounding markets. You will drive the pull-through process, work with a Patient Service Center and pharmacy partners, and identify payer trends to speed treatment starts.

The role requires deep knowledge of insurance design for commercial and government payers, plus strong collaboration, analytical and leadership skills. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience with specialty pharmaceutical products or 2+ years in an access-related role outside pharma.
• Experience across therapeutic areas such as ophthalmology, nephrology, rheumatology, pulmonology, neurology or dermatology.
• Strong understanding of insurance and benefit design with commercial and government payers.

Responsibilities

• Lead case pull-through and navigate authorization processes for specialty meds.
• Collaborate with Patient Service Center, Case Managers, Sales and Specialty Pharmacies.
• Identify payer trends, alert partners, and develop tactical access plans.
• Educate HCP offices on best practices to expedite treatment access.
• Travel up to 60% with overnight stays depending on geography.
