Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Access Point Driver for a Seadrift, TX location. You will manage entry/exit points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and assist visitors and employees while maintaining a secure environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to drive on site, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Customer service experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license per policy is required.
• Background check and drug screen are required.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain logs, and control access to restricted areas.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, and surrounding perimeter.
• Support emergency response activities by following post orders and coordinating with site personnel.
