Allied Universal is recruiting a Security Officer Access Point Operations in Baytown, TX. You will monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor activity at a retail distribution location, providing strong customer service.

Responsibilities include patrolling entrances, responding to alarms, and coordinating with site staff. Minimum requirements include 18+ (21+ for armed roles), a high school diploma, background check, drug screen, and a valid driver’s license where applicable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by observing access control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and log visitor activity.
• Respond calmly to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations per site procedures.
• Perform regular patrols of entrances, loading areas, and facility perimeter.
• Document incidents and communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership.
