Allied Universal in Topton, PA seeks a Security Officer Driver Controlled Entry to safeguard clients and manage entry points at a manufacturing location. You will verify credentials, monitor access, respond to incidents, and support a professional environment for employees and visitors.

The role requires a valid driver's license, at least one year of security experience, and comfort using a computer or tablet plus customer service experience. Shift pattern provided by schedule.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Control access to the manufacturing location by verifying credentials, processing visitors and contractors, issuing temporary access materials, and maintaining required entry records.
• Monitor access points, gates, and/or electronic access control systems; report access irregularities and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access areas, production-adjacent spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter, documenting observations and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
