Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant business experience.
• OR High School Diploma with three years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of UPMC Health products and benefit designs.
• Knowledge of clinical workflows and JCAHO/DOH regulations preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead access design and scheduling workflow optimization.
• Provide strategic consultation to operations and clinical leaders.
• Translate priorities into scalable access solutions across systems.
• Build governance structures and prioritize initiatives.
• Design and validate scheduling templates and workflows.
