Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and monitors unit budget to meet targets.
• Recruits and retains staff aligned with HR plan.
• Develops systems to optimize resource use and efficiency.

• Ensures staff are trained and performance is monitored.
