Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a position focused on issuing badges, photographs, and passes to employees and authorized visitors at our facilities. You will maintain identification records, verify access, and operate badge printers and related equipment to ensure secure entry.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of identification procedures, methods and practices, and personnel paperwork as applicable to identification and badging.
• Knowledge of related functions performed within the Security department.
• Ability to deal tactfully and courteously with new hires, Company employees and facility visitors.
• Ability to operate diversified identification equipment.

Responsibilities

• Issue and issue badges to employees and visitors and maintain records of issuance.
• Fingerprint and photograph new employees, vendors, customers, outside contractors, and their representatives.
• Maintain complete identification files including photographs and records of issuance and losses.
• Operate badge printers, scanners, and identification camera equipment.
• Audit and manage supplementary materials such as temporary badges and inter-departmental passes.
