This role ensures requests are complete, properly authorized, securely transmitted, and compliant with established access-control requirements.
Coordinate photo ID, facility access, and physical key requests.
Confirm individuals have a valid photo ID before access or keys are provisioned.
Review access and key request forms for completeness and submit them through the approved encrypted email process.
Review submitted photographs to ensure they meet required identification standards, including file format, background, composition, and visibility requirements.
Communicate requirements and resolve incomplete or noncompliant submissions.
Maintain accurate records of badge, access, and key requests.
Protect sensitive personal and access-related information throughout the request process.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and access-management teams to support timely request completion.
Experience with physical security, facility access, badging, or administrative coordination.
