The role requires Final Secret clearance and strong communication skills, with exposure to VisitLM/BadgeLM processes. You will engage in workflow fulfilment and end‑user support while maintaining strict compliance and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Final Secret clearance required prior to start.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal soft skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in Assured Identity and Access Management areas.
• Fulfill workflow requests, create badges, and troubleshoot end user access issues.
• Perform routine duties in an industrial security office to obtain security clearance and manage IDs and visit authorizations.
• Interview employees to verify data and ensure proper access levels are granted.
