FlyLock Security Solutions in Las Vegas is seeking an Access Control Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot commercial and residential access and video systems. You will lead projects on-site and collaborate with sales staff to ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in hands-on security roles, can instruct customers on system operation, and can manage complex troubleshooting tasks while maintaining accurate service records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in technical hands-on field experience in security solutions, access control, door hardware, and other skilled trades.
• Inspects, installs, and services all basic and complex commercial and residential access and video systems.
• Performs advanced, complex troubleshooting and repair functions for commercial and residential access and video systems.
• Instructs customers in access and video systems operation by recommending ways to use additional features and capabilities of system installations.
• Respond to customer questions and requests.
