FlyLock Security Solutions in Salt Lake City is seeking an Access Control Technician. You will install and service access control and video systems, guiding customers on system operation and features. You will lead project activities from site walk-through to final hand-off, coordinating with sales and service teams.

Ideal candidates have locksmithing knowledge and the ability to learn new technical methods, with a hands-on, team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on technical experience in security solutions, access control, door hardware, and related trades.
• Inspects, installs, and services basic and complex access and video systems.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting and repair of access and video systems, including programming and testing.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, installs, and services basic and complex commercial and residential access and video systems.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting and repair of access and video systems with testing of controls and devices.
• Instructs customers on operation and features of system installations.
• Acts as onsite project lead to meet timelines and goals and coordinates with sales and service teams.
