Job summary

FlyLock Security Solutions - Las Vegas in Henderson, NV seeks an Access Control Apprentice to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on technical role focuses on security access systems and strong customer service. The position reports to the Franchise Owner/ General Manager.

You will assist with small projects, document work for invoicing, and maintain clear communication with clients while expanding knowledge in access control technologies.

Qualifications

• Must have a clear and valid driver’s license.
• Mechanical mindset with IT aptitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and management.
• Ability to write reports for service calls and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of timely & accurate customer service.
• Communicates effectively with the client to determine what services are needed.
• Respond to general inquiries from customers/clients.
• Receive verbal instructions from Management or Clients/Customers.
• Perform small projects as directed by Management.
• Complete and submit paperwork accurately and on time.
